No figures here: the office gives you its numbers in person, in Spanish or English, so you never read an old one.
Tuition depends on your child's grade, the days they attend and whether they use morning or afternoon care. It is paid by the year, by the term or by the month. The school's figures are given at the visit and at the office.
Set by grade and days
Morning and afternoon care are billed apart

When you apply there is an application fee, which covers reading the application and the conversation with your child. After you accept an offer, an enrollment fee holds the place. Both are listed, with their purpose, in the program matrix.
Application: when you apply
Enrollment: when you accept an offer
A place is held when the family signs the enrollment agreement and makes the first payment, which goes toward tuition. Families have until early May to answer an offer. If a grade is full, the office keeps a waitlist and calls families in the order they joined.
Signed agreement and first payment
Waitlist by order of joining
You may pay by the year, by the term or by the month. The office goes over the schedule with you at enrollment and explains how each payment is made. If your income changes with the harvest season, tell the office and we will look for a schedule that fits.
By the year, term or month
The office explains each way to pay
Financial aid is available; here is how to apply. After you submit an application, the office gives you the aid form. A school committee reads each form and answers in the same week as admissions decisions. Ask the office about Washington state programs for families who may qualify.
An aid form follows the application

A second child, or a third, is handled differently, and the office explains how when you apply. Brothers and sisters are read in the same admissions season so a family hears about everyone at once.
Families give written notice, and the office asks for it before the end of the term. The enrollment agreement explains how a term in progress is handled, and you may read it before you sign.

“I asked about financial aid and they explained the form step by step, without hurrying me or making me feel bad for asking.”
